2. How to order the items I want?
    *Check out our stock items on online shop and pay by paypal.We'll ship after payment is cleared.
    *Can't find what you want? Simply email us and we'll offer what you want or custom cases for you.

3. What's your service hours?
   GMT+8 EAST Time
   Online service: Monday to Friday 09:30am-18:30pm
                           Saturday 10:30am-14:30pm 
   When we are not online for you, you can send email to sales@cii-mfg.com directly, we will reply you within
   24 hours during work days.

4. What's your MOQ? Can I order smaller lots? 
   For custom cases,our MOQ is 100 - 500pcs,depending on what the workmanship is.
   Smaller lots are available if the item is in stock.We're glad to help if we can.
   Please feel free to email us what you want.We'll then offer you the right type of stock items in small qty.

5. What if I can't find my favorite items on your site? 
   We offer a large variety of cell phone cases & accessories and some items you want might not be listed on
   our site,simply email us and we'll supply the right type of items you want,or we can custom the cases
   and accessories for you.

6. How to calculate the shipping freight for my order?
   Shipping freight depends on the package's weight, volume, size and destination country.We will be able to
   help you find the most economical shipping method for your order.

7. What payment terms do you accept?
   We accept paypal, moneybookers,Western Union, Moneygram and T/T.
   Usually,For small order you can pay via paypal or moneybookers but for large bulk orders,it would be
   appreciated to make payment to our business account by T/T directly.

8. Can you test those digital products before shipping?
   Sure, we have a professional QA team to monitor quality. Each digital item must be tested carefully before
   packing so that customer can receive the goods in an excellent condition.

9. Can you help source similar items which are not available on your website? 
    Cii-mfg is sincere to serve every customer. Once getting the item information you are looking for, we will
    check and inform you the result as soon as possible.

10. How long can I get my order?
    Generally we'll ship your order within 48 hours if the item is in stock.For production,we'll get back to you the
    leadtime when you place the order.
    But transportation speed depends on what shipping method you choose and where you are located. 
    Generally it takes 3-7days via DHL or UPS to western Europe & USA. 
    Shipping cost via China post and Hongkong post is cheaper, but it will take a long time for  delivery(at
    least 10days). Therefore, please select the best shipping method for your order.  

11. What could I do if I receive the item with defects or damage?
    If you receive damaged items or the item is not complied with what you buy, please take pictures
    and contact our sales representative immediately.

12. Which issues should Brazil customers pay attention to?
    If you are customers from Brazil, you need to pay attention to the below points:
    1)Better shipping method: Hongkong post and China post are easier for customs clearance.
    2)By DHL or other express: please let us know the Tax ID, Goods Description and Goods Value declared on 
       the invoice.

13. I am from Russia, which shipping method can I choose?
    If you are from Russia, we suggest you choose EMS Express and inform us of your requirements in invoice
    details.

14. I'm from Israel, what kind of products cannot be ordered?
   If you come from Israel, we suggest you should not order power adapters because it's hard to go through Israel
   customs. 

15.What's your Return & Replacement Policy?

    For damaged goods that need to be returned for any reason,buyer is responsible for the return shipping
    charges. 
    Exchanges are offered for items that are defective or damaged when it's received. Defective items or
   problems with your order must be reported within 2 days after receipt of the parcel. Please contact us before
   you return the goods. Packages returned must be in their original condition and with all accessories. Buyer is
  responsible for return shipping cost and we will pay for the replacement shipping cost.

  Note:
  1)Pls tell us the quantity of each color when you order,Otherwise we will send you assorted colors.
  2)We are not responsible for any customs duty or import tax,These charges are not included in the item price
   and shipping cost.
  3)We normally write lower value according to different country for customs cleareance if there's no special
    requirement from customer.If you need us to write actual price for customs clearance,pls leave message when
    you place order.
  4)If you are satisfied with the product you get, please keep coming back again and again.Long term partnership
     is important for us!
  5)If there are any problems after you get the goods, pls contact us to help you solve it firstly.

16.What's your Warranty & Maintenance?
    We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranty. Items can be replaced during the
    first month or maintained for the first year.

    Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have
    to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).

    Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller’s) correct return address in advance, and
    write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet.
